Service and Acceptance

aramgg.com is an independent League of Legends ARAM Mayhem data and strategy site operated by an individual based in mainland China. Browsing the site is free. By buying or using an ad-free subscription, you accept these terms and confirm that you can enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you. The subscription only removes advertising from supported aramgg.com pages while access is active; it does not provide game items, currency, accounts, competitive advantages, or guaranteed results.

Free Trial, Price, Billing, and Renewal

At checkout, you may choose either a 7-day free trial or immediate monthly access. The trial option charges nothing for 7 days, then becomes USD $2.99 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. The immediate option charges USD $2.99 at checkout and does not include a trial. Both options renew automatically each month until canceled. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and disputes. The final amount and any applicable tax are shown at checkout. You must provide an accurate email and payment information so access and billing notices can be delivered.

Cancellation and Access

You may cancel at any time through the Creem customer portal linked from your checkout email or the subscription management entry in the product. Canceling before the 7-day trial ends prevents the first charge; after a charge, cancellation stops future renewals. The confirmation shows whether access ends immediately or at the end of the trial or current paid period. Removing cookies, signing out, or no longer using the site does not cancel billing.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a charge by emailing support with the purchase email and order identifier. We prioritize refunds for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a material failure to deliver ad-free access, or another valid service issue. Approved refunds may end access immediately. After 14 days, charges are normally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or Creem resolves a payment dispute. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
